Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During new product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (if offered)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

M3Legacies is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

After your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, M3Legacies is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

• Checking around your delivery location
• Asking neighbors or household members
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly

We'll gladly assist you with any information needed to help resolve the issue.

Digital Product Policy

Digital Product Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically and are available for download after your purchase has been successfully processed.

You will receive:

• A download link on the order confirmation page (when applicable)
• A confirmation email with download instructions

No physical item will be shipped for digital product purchases.

International Shipping

International shipping may be offered in the future. At this time, please check our website for current shipping availability.
