At M3Legacies, every order is prepared with care and appreciation for your support. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Graphic T-Shirts
  • Press-On Nails
  • Tumbler Cups
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items

This policy helps ensure the quality and hygiene of our products for every customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we'll gladly provide a replacement or refund if the issue was due to our error.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production or processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, M3Legacies is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We're happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.
